When it's time to sell the home, you have options. If you don't have a Realtor, co-founder Melissa Dale is licensed and can handle the sale — one team from first walkthrough to closing. If you already have a Realtor, we work alongside them: their cards go in the home during the sale, and every question about the property goes straight to them. Your agent stays your agent.
