MEET STEVE & MELISSA

When we're not helping families navigate estate sales, downsizing, and life's transitions, we're usually planning our next adventure.
 

We love traveling—especially to Florida's Gulf Coast—and try to sneak away to the mountains out west whenever we can. Melissa is a passionate hockey fan, while Steve firmly believes every college football Saturday should be considered a national holiday.
 

Family means everything to us. Melissa's three children are the center of our world, and our two spoiled puppies have comfortably claimed the roles of children number four and five.
 

RTC was built from the ground up by the two of us because we wanted to create a company that treats people differently. We understand that estate sales often come during significant life transitions, and we believe clients deserve honesty, communication, and genuine care throughout the process.

At the end of the day, we're just a local Middleton family who enjoys helping other families while building something we're proud of together.
